From left to right: David Golton, Chief Executive of London Marathon Charitable Trust; Mayor of Kingston (at the time),Councillor Yogan Yoganathan; Duncan Jones, Facilities Project Manager, Football Foundation and Patrick Leeson, Director of Learning and Children's Services, Kingston Council.

Improved drainage and a new pavilion for Dinton Field has ensured that rain never stops play again thanks to grants from the Football Foundation and London Marathon Charitable Trust.

This facility is now used regularly by Kingston Little League, Kingstonian Youth, local schools, youth groups and local community organisations.  The facility, managed by Kingston & Wimbledon YMCA on behalf of Dinton Field Trust, is available to hire for youth sport and you can enquire about availability by contacting the Hawker Centre on 020 8296 9747.

This facility is an invaluable asset to local residents, schools and clubs and it's great to see it being used and enjoyed by hundreds of young people, their friends and families.
