A great night for Sports Clubs
Over fifty representatives from the borough’s sports clubs turned out on Wednesday 5 December 2007 to take part in a quiz night with a difference! This year's event was held at the YMCA Hawker Centre.
A number of speakers from key sports organisations spoke to clubs about many topics from coaching through to funding.After a nail biting tie break with the Kingston Royals, the K & P Nutters! (Kingston Athletic and Polytechnic Harriers) won the quiz and first prize of £350 to go towards purchasing necessary equipment for their club.
