The Active Living Directory is continually being updated with new clubs, centres and classes. We would like to hear your views on the sports, exercise and recreational activities provided for the over 45s in the Royal Borough of Kingston, so please contact us at the address below.
The directory is also available in hard copy, large print and as an audiotape. Please contact the Active Living Team if you would like a copy in one of these formats. In addition, it is available in print format for you to download and print out (see Related Documents below).
