The Beef Baron
A Baron of Beef is a particularly large, especially tasty roast beef dish. It is formed in two sirloins (or loins and legs) joined together at the backbone. One story attributes the strange name to King Henry VIII. The King enjoyed his food. According to the story he liked this dish so much that he dubbed it Sir Loin, Baron of Beef.
