32 glass discs.  The images are line drawings, photographically reproduced, and then coloured by hand.  The edge of each disc is framed in metal.  The discs bear text in Muybridge's hand, photographically reproduced in the centre: 'Studies in Zoopraxography / Arranged for the Zoopraxiscope / by / Eadweard Muybridge'.  This text includes the words 'Copyright 1893' (or in at least one instance 'Copyright 1894') and a number.  This text and number are in most cases obscured by a black paper label, and are not given in this listing.  Another paper label on the reverse of each disc bears a different (stenciled) number; this number is reproduced here.  The discs are arranged to be turned either clockwise, or counterclockwise, as indicated by arrows on the labels.  The descriptions have in most cases been taken from the paper label.
