Volunteering in Libraries

The Kingston Library & Heritage Service is offering volunteer opportunities to those who have skills they want to share.  We take volunteers on for specific roles where an opportunity has been identified, and these roles will be posted here when there is a place available.  To ensure that the person is adequately supported we ask that volunteers commit to between 6 months and 1 year minimum, depending on the role.  See the volunteer policy below for details.

We currently have 3 volunteer vacancies based at the Hook Library in Chessington.  To apply please download the appropriate role, complete an application form, and send it in to Jo Hampton, Learning, Education & Participation Manager, Library and Heritage Service, Fairfield Road, Kingston upon Thames. KT1 2PS
