Libraries Advisory Service to Schools
Does your school library need improving? No time to buy books for your school? Would you like to know what’s new in the world of children’s books or where to get the best deals?
We Can:
Prepare a Pre-OFSTED report on your school library
Undertake revision of your library book stock
Catalogue and organise your collection
Give advice on setting up a school library
Provide free book taster and story-time sessions
Offer a book buying service and advice on the best recent publications
Current Charges:
Library advisory, including any stock revision and cataloguing £35 per hour or for a day (9.30 – 4) £150.
Pre-OFSTED report including site visit, preparing and delivering the report £150. Travel within Kingston upon Thames included. Out of borough travel will be additional.
Book buying service. Our fee is 5% of sum spent by the school. Travel costs to showrooms (usually no more than £20) is not included and is additional to the above fee
Book taster and storytime sessions are free of charge
