National Libraries Day 4 February

Poetry Drop-In 10.30 - 12noon. Come along and meet Kingston Library Service Poet in Residence, Alison Hill. Find out how Alison creates a poem and discover techniques you can use in starting to write poetry.
Yoga from 10.30 - 11.45am. Yoga class, led by teacher Hannah Rose Tristram. The class is based on Kripalu Yoga Traditions and focuses on compassionate consciousness, energy-flow, safe movement, relaxation, authentic practice and feeling good. The session is free and suitable for all abilities. Booking your place at the library is advisable as spaces are limited.

Regular weekly events
Baby and Toddler Rhyme Time for 0-5 year olds on Tuesdays 2.15pm to 2.45pm. (Term time only). In the hall with stay and play until 3.30pm.
These are free and are for under 5's. Monday afternoons from 2.15pm to 2.45pm.
Regular monthly events
A friendly, informal way to meet other people, talk about books and discover new authors to read. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month, 10.30am to 11.30am. See our reading groups page for more details.
The Friends of Tudor Drive Library Group is open to all people who use Tudor Drive Library. Regular meetings are held as agreed by the Friends members either at the library or the adjoining hall.
Library staff attend to consult, advise and inform Friends members on service delivery and developments. The Secretary of the Friends Group is Mrs. Lilian Hughes.
