Rhyme and Storytime for under fives with simple crafts.
Are you aged 12 to 16? Do you love reading? If so then come along to Tolworth Library and join in discussion of your favourite reads and authors and recommend books to each other.
We meet at the library monthly on Tuesday evenings from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
It's very relaxed and good fun and we'd love to see you there.
This is held each Wednesday in term-time from 4pm to 5.15pm with a children's librarian and the IT officer on hand to help with any queries.
Tolworth Library has a dedicated IT suite and an IT training officer.
This session runs on the first and third Thursday of the month from 2.15pm to 3.15pm. Tolworth IT Suite are running sessions to help any unemployed people who want to use the facilities to help them get back to work. We are offering opportunities for:
- IT training and certification
- Help with producing a CV
- Searching on line for jobs
- Downloading job applications
- Applying for jobs online
- Basic Skills training
The library is conveniently located among the shops and a few doors away from the Broadway Bar, with metered parking outside the door or at the nearby public car park (by Marks and Spencers),free parking for one hour. Bus routes stop almost outside the door and it is a short walk to the mainline Tolworth railway station. The library has a public toilet which is suitable for disabled users.
