At the heart of our continual efforts to design and provide Housing Services that matter most to our residents sits our Local Offer.

Every Social Landlord and Housing Association in England has a duty to make an Offer to its residents, and in the past year we have worked with tenant representatives to develop an Offer that reflect local priorities and aspirations. This was agreed in April 2011 by the Housing Consultative Committee (HCC). Our Local Offer reflects and expands on the Standards set by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).
