All introductory and secure tenants have the right to be consulted about decisions that affect you. We will consider your views when we make decisions about how your home is managed. This includes any decisions about whether your building (or estate) or all the council properties in your area should be sold to a housing association. However, we may not necessarily be able to act on your wishes for legal or financial reasons.
