In December 2004 Housing produced a Statement of Anti-Social Behaviour and Policy and Procedures to look at the issues of tackling antisocial behaviour in council housing as well as a series of leaflets and information pack for council tenants on how to go about reporting antisocial behaviour and the steps that can be taken to resolve it.
In November 2007 the Information for Tenants leaflet on Anti Social Behaviour and the Tackling Anti Social Behaviour pack were updated and revised and now apply to council tenants and licensees (licensees are people who may be living in council temporary accommodation or one of the Council's hostels).
