Kingston Supporting People 5 Year Strategy
The Supporting People Strategy for 2005-2010 has now been completed. The strategy has been compiled over a number of months and included a review of the existing Interim Strategy and a refreshed Needs Analysis.
The Strategy outlines the commissioning priorities for Kingston for any new or remodelling of services. The priority groups identified in the Supporting People Strategy for commissioning new services and remodelling existing one 's were
Single homeless people with complex needs
People with Mental Health problems and complex needs
Hard to engage substance misusers
Drug users leaving treatment and rehabilitation
The Strategy is a living document and will be reviewed annually to pick up changes in demand for services and progress made on the identified priorities.
