For older people living in the Borough there are a few housing options.
Sheltered Housing
For people aged 55+ who want to move into sheltered accommodation/warden assisted accommodation. Within Sheltered Housing there is also an extra care scheme - you have your own self contained accommodation but with access to 24 hour care.
Floating Support Service
The Floating Support Service for Older People provides practical advice, support and assistance for people aged 55+ who are living in or are moving to non-sheltered housing provided by Kingston Council or housing assocation accommodation.
Residential Care
Kingston has a few residential care homes and the Council can provide you with information on the standards they need to comply with.
