Service User Forums are held at:

Richard Mayo Centre
United Reformed Church
Eden Street
Kingston upon Thames
KT1 1HZ

The forums are held between 10.30am - 12.30pm with free refreshements with a free cold buffet lunch provided at the end.

The aim of the Service User Forum is:

• to meet with as many of our service users as possible
• to update service users with the latest information
• to advise you of any training, of any planned service user meetings
• to obtain your views, your opinions of the support services provided and to tell us how you feel
• to tell us what you want from your services
• we also invite service users to come and tell us about recent events held at their scheme
• provide Service User Users with the latest information on benefits and government schemes.

We need input from service users so that we can work together to enable service users to have greater independence and control in making choices within your lives.

At the Service User Forum we also present the winner of the last Service User Newsletter Competition plus we also have a free prize draw where 3 service users will win a prize just for turning up!
