Complaints Process

Complaints from service users concerning any aspect of their service should firstly be discussed with the service provider who will initiate their own complaints procedure.  If you need guidance or support on how to proceed with making a complaint, the following document will help guide you with the process.

If you wish to go ahead with a complaint then you should complete the following document and forward it to the Supporting People Team.
