In line with guidance from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister every Supporting People service was reviewed before April 2006. The service reviews that Kingston carries out look at several elements of a service including
- Strategic Relevance, how the service meets the requirements of local and national strategic priorities
- Service Quality, using the QAF as a framework
- Stakeholder and Service User views
- Service Performance
- Value for Money
