Performance Indicators
Performance Indicators should be returned to the Supporting People team on a monthly basis. The performance returns Providers supply ,contribute to our review process and ongoing monitoring of Supporting People Services. We do not use the returns in isolation, but they help us to build up a picture of the service being provided. They also allow us to demonstrate how Supporting People services are helping to provide positive outcomes for vulnerable people.
The quaterly dates for this years performance returns are in the table below.

The Performance Indicator workbook should be used to provide your return statistics.
Please provide us with the return electronically. We will shortly be able to upload your returns automatically but we must have an electronic return to do so.
