We make every effort to ensure that we fix the repair first time. However we accept that sometimes this may not happen and this section tells you what to do should things go wrong.
If a repair is not properly completed, or you are in any other way unhappy with the service you have received, the first thing you should do is to call the Housing Contact Centre on 0800 0778 416 or 020 8547 4656 and they will try to sort out your problem immediately.
