Housing Management and Repairs
Housing Management and Repairs are responsible for the management of secure tenancies and leasehold properties, primarily including:
- rent collection
- tenancy problems
- dealing with anti social behaviour
- estate inspections
- lettings and void management
- close liaison with the Estate Services team in the delivery and monitoring of Grounds Maintenance and Caretaking services
- Arranging and carrying out repairs.
