Housing Development
Housing Development is responsible for progressing the development of new affordable housing in the borough in partnership with local housing associations (RSLs) and others. The Council’s current RSL developing partners include:
- Richmond Churches (Paragon)
- William Sutton (Affinity Sutton)
- Town and Country Housing Group
