Choice Based Lettings - Home Connections
Choice Based Lettings is the new way of letting council and housing association homes in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames which will improve choice for people in housing need.
A new banding scheme replaces the existing points scheme for assessing housing need and homes available for letting will be advertised weekly on the Kingston Home Connections website and in Property Weekly. With Choice Based Lettings if you are registered for housing with the Council you will be able to express your interest in being offered advertised homes you're eligible for by making a 'bid' for them.
