If you've answered yes to any of the above questions then our Incentive to Move Scheme could be for you!

We can take the stress out of moving to a smaller home by:

• Helping you look for a home that you want with Choice Based Lettings.
  
  
• You are given Band A (top priority) on the Housing Register.
  
  
• Arranging and paying for removals.
  
  
• Decorating your new home and paying up to £350 for new carpets and curtains.
  
  
• Paying you between £1000 and £2000 (depending on the size of your current home) if it has two bedrooms or more.
