The New Economics Foundation was commissioned by the Government's Foresight project on Mental Capital and Wellbeing to develop a set of evidence-based actions to improve personal well-being. In this report, nef presents the evidence and rationale between each of the actions, drawing on a wealth of psychological and economic literature.

Healthy working lives

Healthy Working lives is a scottish site which aims to ‘help employers, employees and partner agencies to come together to create a much healthier, more motivated workforce’.  The site can provide further resources, ideas and information for employers. It should be noted that references to legislation and participation in some programs may not be relevant to Kingston employers.
