What Kingston Council and partners are doing
- Cold Busters grants which offer 100% grants for up to £6,000 for energy efficiency works for qualifying residents. This will help you cut your heating bills and stay warmer in the winter. Please ring for details whilst latest leaflet is being prepared for publication. (020 8547 5535 or 0208 547 5536). It makes sense to take advantage of these grants. They will certainly make the winter more tolerable.
- The Council and health partners are working with people known to be most vulnerable to the heat however all residents should take care during this time and consider the risks associated with the weather if planning any outside parties or events.
