- Continuing Care: NHS & Local Councils' Responsibilities (June 2002)
This document sets out a pilot joint agreement between Kingston Primary Care Trust, Richmond & Twickenham Primary Care Trust, the Royal Borough of Kingston, and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The agreement covers the long term care needs of older people, younger disabled people, and older people with mental health problems. The document is effective from April 2002 to June 2002.

This document sets out our policy for charging for non-residential services such as Home Care services, the shopping service and the laundry service.
- Suspected Abuse of Vulnerable Adults: Joint Policy and Procedure (April 2008)
This document sets out our approach to the suspected abuse of adults. The approach is a shared one between Community Care Services, Kingston Primary Care Trust, South West London and St.George's Mental Health NHS Trust, Kingston Hospital NHS Trust, and the Metropolitan Police.
- User Participation Strategy (December 2001).
This document sets out how we will involve service users in decisions about their own services and in the planning, management and development of services for the community.
- Carers’ Strategic Framework ( September 2003)
This framework is a joint effort between Kingston Community Care Services, Kingston Primary Care Trust and South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust. The purpose of the framework isto make sure that appropriate services are developed and provided to support carers and promote service user independence within the resources available. It aims to build on the current partnership between carers and Community Services, Health Services and Independent Agencies in improving support for carers. The Strategy includes an Action Plan to put the framework into practice.
