Community Care - Contact Us

Helping you stay independent

  • You can phone, call in person, write, email, or send an audio cassette tape.
  • You can ask for help for yourself, or a family member
    or friend. If you are asking for help for someone else,
    make sure they are happy about it.
  • If you or your family member or friend speak little or no
    English, or if you use sign language, we can arrange an interpreter.
  • Most of our offices have textphones and induction loops for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
  • If you use a wheelchair, most of our offices are accessible and have disabled parking. We can arrange to visit you in your home, if necessary.

We are open between 8.45am and 5pm Monday to Thursday, Fridays 8.45am to 4.45pm.

Our standards

The standards you can expect when you contact us:

  • If you call in person into our reception areas you will be seen within 15 minutes of arrival.
  • If you telephone us we will answer your call within 4 rings.
  • If you write to us, we will get back to within 5 working days of receiving your letter.
  • If you Email us, we will reply to you within 24 hours.
  • If you send us an audio cassette tape, we will get back to you within 5 working days of receiving your tape.
