Unfortunately this camera is being repeatedly vandalised and is therefore sometimes unavailable. Our contractors are continually monitoring it and hope to restore it quickly on each occasion, but we apologise for any inconvenience caused if you visit this page while it is unavailable.

Please report any incidents with the Tip Cam not working to the Council's Web Team by emailing webteam@rbk.kingston.gov.uk.

Please note that it may take quite a few seconds for the Traffic Camera image to initially load.

Please note that to view the streaming web cam you need to have JavaScript enabled and also need to run a plugin from Axis Communications. If you do not want to or cannot enable JavaScript we advise that you use the non-streaming dump cam page and periodically press the Refresh/Reload button on the Toolbar to refresh the image. Have JavaScript, but still can't see the picture?

JavaScript is enabled, but I can't View the Image

The first time you load this page, you might be see a Security Warning window (displayed below) asking you whether you want to install and run "AxisCamControl". To load the web cam images, click on the Yes button.

If you click in the Check Box at the bottom of the window labelled Always Trust Content from Axis Communications AB, you will be able to visit this page again without seeing this warning.
