Four south London boroughs of- Croydon, Kingston, Merton, and Sutton are undertaking a Joint Waste Development Plan Document to define planning policies and site allocations for waste processing and management.
Between Friday 19 September and Friday 31 October, we will seek your views on a range of issues which are important in shaping the South London Waste Plan.

Consultation period: Friday 19 September to Friday 31 October
We are seeking views on a range of issues which are important in shaping the Waste Plan:
- The Vision and Objectives of the South London Waste Plan
- How much of our waste should we deal with?
- Distribution of waste management sites
- Where should the new facilities go?
- Should the South London Waste Plan specify technologies to be used at each site?
- How should we monitor the success of the Plan?

Get Involved now before it becomes policy
The involvement of local communities and statutory bodies in the development of the Plan is crucial. During the consultation period we will be running a consultation workshop in each of the boroughs, the details of which are set out below- please remember to book early to avoid disappointment!
