Cocks Crescent Development Brief
Introduction
The Council has produced a Development Brief to guide development proposals in the Cocks Crescent area of New Malden. It replaces the Council’s 'Planning and Urban Design Brief' for Cocks Crescent which was adopted in April 2003.
The new Brief takes a wider approach than the previous and seeks to appoint a Development Partner to undertake the mixed-use development and enhancement of the site, local facilities and the environment, in addition to acting as a 'material' consideration in assessing future planning applications for the development of the site.
Adoption
The Development Brief was adopted, subject to minor amendments, by the Executive on 13 January 2009 (after a meeting of Maldens and Coombe Planning Sub-Committee on 8 January).
