A planning application has been submitted to the Council as the Local Planning Authority for the development of the former government offices at Hook Rise South. The hybrid planning application is for a mixed use development including:
landscaping and ancillary works together with 199sqm (Class D1) and the Change of Use of ground floor units @ 142-146 Tolworth Broadway to provide Class A1/A3/D1floorspace (FUL). Erection of 269 residential units with 202 car parking spaces (outline application). The submission of the application follows pre-application public consultation by developer/applicant Spenhill Ltd in 2010/11. The planning application will be reported to Development Control Committee for determination, but there is no date for this meeting at the current time.
