The K+20 Kingston Town Centre Area Action Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State on 25 May 2007. For six weeks people were invited to make representations on the plan.
The Council is required to make copies of all representations available for public viewing. The representations can be viewed via the links at the bottom of this page and are divided into three groups:
- Representations received from ‘Specific’ Consultation bodies – these are bodies who the Council must consult.
- Representations received from ‘General’ Consultation bodies – these are any other bodies who may have an interest in the plan.
- Representations received that were not ‘duly made’ – these representations were received by the Council after the closing date for responses. These representations will, however, still be sent to the Planning Inspector for consideration at the Examination.
