Berrylands Park is a relatively small site, just over 3.5 acres in size. It was popularly know as the Surbiton Lagoons complete with open-air swimming pool, which has now been in-filled and landscaped making it a very pleasant park.
The park is just off Raeburn Avenue and borders a small tributary stream which eventually flows into the Hogsmill River.
This site is very popular with dog walkers as it leads onto the Raeburn Avenue Open Space and eventually onto the Hogsmill Walk. There is also a small car park on site.
Buses to this site include the K2.
