• What can organisations from the Third Sector do?

By Third Sector we mean Community Organisations, Charities and Churches.

1. You could be promoting what you already do:

• recycling
• energy saving practices
• water saving practices
• reducing your paper use
• turning off the lights when the organisations is closed
• making cycling easy for your clients

2. You could organise a special activity for the festival, e.g.:

• run a session / event with your clients to discuss environmental issues and raise their awareness of what they can do
• organise an outing with your clients to enjoy and learn from some of the activities of the Paint the Town Green Festival

3. You could join the PTG interactive poster campaign which you will receive with the festival’s registration pack.

4. You could be involved in Kingston’s first and only Eco FM Radio station (Kingston Green Radio) broadcasting for 10 days in May for PTG.
