An Ecological Footprint is a way of measuring how much of the planet we (the human race) require to meet our needs, in the way of  resources for consumables (everything we buy and use) and waste and pollution absorption.  If you would like to learn more about the boroughs ecological footprint download the document at the bottom of the page.  There are also some useful links with further information on ecological footprinting.
