The register list of application types relevant to a particular property can be accessed via the Council's Integrated Spatial Information System (ISIS).
- Full Plans (Building Control Application No. Suffix 'FP')
Detailed plans are determined and site inspections should have been carried out. Copies of Approvals, Rejection Notices and Completion Certificates may be available.
- Building Notice (Building Control Application No. Suffix 'BN')
No formal determination of plans, only site inspections should have been carried out. A Completion Certificate may be available.
- Regularisation Application (Building Control Application No. Suffix 'RG')
No formal determination of plans, only site inspections should have been carried out. A Regularisation Certificate may be available.
- Initial Notice (Building Control Application No. Suffix 'IN')
Work carried out by a private sector Building Control - No copy documentation is available; please refer to the relevant Approved Inspector.
- Dangerous Structure (Building Control Application No. Suffix 'DS')
Building Control have been involved in the investigation and assessment of a dangerous structure - No copy documentation is available.
- Demolition (Building Control Application No. Suffix 'DM')
Building Control have received notice of intended demolition or have become aware of demolition proceedings - No copy documentation is available.
- 'Fensa' or 'Part P' (Building Control Application No. Suffix 'FENSA' or PARTP')
Building Control have received an electronic notification of work undertaken under a government approved Competent Persons Self-Certification Scheme - No copy documentation available, please refer to the relevant Scheme Provider, Owner or Installer.
