Building Regulations Decision Notices:

• File Copy of Decision Notice (Approval or Rejection of  Full Plans Application).
  Fee:  £6.00

Building Regulations Completion Certificates:

• Completion Certificate issued following the satisfactory completion and immediate inspection of the work in progress.
  Free of charge
• File Copy of Completion Certificate (where available - these were generally issued for work satisfactorily completed and inspected since 1994).
  Fee:  £6.00
• Completion Certificate or 'Letter of Comfort' when not issued at the time of completion of work (e.g. notification of completion of works not given).
  Fee:  £35.25

Written Replies to Enquiries:

• Solicitor's or other enquiry (each investigation and written reply)
  Fee:  £35.25
• Works carried out without approval/Completion Certificate.  Investigation and, if applicable, letter confirming no action likely to be taken by Local Authority.
  Fee:  £35.25

Copying and/or viewing plans and documents submitted with Building Regulations Applications:

• Authorised personal viewing of Building Regulations applications at the offices.
  Free of charge
• Authorised copies of plans and/or documents
  • A1 Copy:  £4.00 each
  • A2 Copy:  £3.00 each
  • A3 Copy:  £2.00 each
  • A4 Copy:  £1.00 each
