Building Control Application Tracking
Since 2002 we have been issuing each applicant/agent with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to enable them to view, via our website, details we are holding about their particular Building Regulations application.
You may find the ability to check at any time (24x7) who is dealing with your application, when we have checked it, and when we have made any formal decisions (if applicable) of interest. You will also be able to see when we have made each inspection of work in progress, at what stage and who made the inspection, and whether or not we considered the work seen to be satisfactory. Contact details are provided so that in case of query you should be able to readily access the appropriate Building Control Surveyor. The information we hold is instantly available to you as soon as we add or amend records on our database which is usually within 24 hours of us receiving the relevant data.
If we are holding scanned images of critical documents that we have issued such as formal decision notices or completion certificates then you can also download these free of charge for your use and future reference.
