Sometimes there is disagreement about the description of a child’s needs, the way help is given, or the school their child should go to.
You can ask us to arrange for a conciliation meeting, sometimes called ‘Mediation’. The mediator is an independent person who is trained in problem solving. Conciliation does not affect your right to appeal.
