Thank you for your interest in working in Kingston, where we are committed to making things better for children and young people. That means supporting and developing our staff, who are our most important resource. It also means listening to children and young people and learning from them, and each other, about how to improve what we do.

It’s an exciting time to be part of the children and young people’s agenda in Kingston, particularly for our schools’ staff who play a pivotal role in achieving our commitment. To do so, our schools staff will learn new skills and work in new and different ways and be supported and developed to do so. The opportunities are exciting in terms of the better outcomes that we can produce for children and young people, and for the roles that can be played by our staff and colleagues in partner agencies.
