Following the consultation the Council has determined the admission arrangements for community schools for 2013/2014 and schemes for coordinated admissions for secondary, primary and in-year admissions for all Kingston academy, community, foundation and voluntary aided schools for 2013/2014. These documents can be found at the end of the page.
For more information about the determined admissions arrangements, or a paper copy, please contact the admissions authority for the school. The Local Authority is the admissions authority for community schools, the Governing Body is the admission authority for Voluntary Aided and Foundation school and the Academy Trust is the admissions authority for Academy Schools.
Under the School Admissions (Admissions Arrangements and Coordination of Admissions Arrangements)(England) Regulations 2012, anyone who considers that any maintained (ie community, foundation and voluntary aided) or academy schools' admissions arrangements are unlawful, or not in compliance with the School Admissions Code or relevant law relating to admissions, can make an objection to the Schools Adjudicator. Objections regarding admissions arrangements for 2013/2014 must be made by 30 June 2012.
