Collective Worship Scheme of Determination

Schools have a legal responsiblity to offer collective worship each day. Should they consider this is not appropriate they can request the SACRE to determine whether this should be relaxed.

Working Group on Collective Worship guidance

Kingston SACRE has established a working group to produce, during Autumn term 2007, guidance on collective worship, with examples of good practice from local schools.  We would welcome suggestions  from schools of resources or approaches which have worked well.  One such suggestion is attached below:
