Thinking about the environment in your school not only integrates a new, current and topical subject into your curriculum, it can also save your school money.
Savings can be made through less energy and water usage, less waste production and also by reusing products you may even cut down the amount of resources you need to buy in the first place.
As well as the benefit to your school, you will also be playing a vital role in protecting Kingston's environment for now and for future generations.
There are many resources available to help you manage your environmental performance and below you can download the "Environmental Resources for Schools" booklet which provides you with information on these resources and how they can help you. You can also select the pages on the left hand menu which provide information about award schemes your school can enter as well as the latest news and activities relating to schools and the environment.
