Who can apply?
Client group
- People employed in administrative, clerical or customer service related fields with some supervisory responsibilities who want to improve career prospects and gain recognition of skills at Level 3
- Candidates should be aged 19+ and undertaking work at Level 3

Attendance
- Delivered in work place with release for centre-based training support as required
What training could I receive?
Centre-based training
- Access to training support as needed:
- vocational skills including IT
- personal development including communication skills
- literacy and numeracy
Work-based training
- On the job training
- Other work related courses where relevant
Assessment
- NVQ Assessor visits to the work place including:
- assessment of skills
- underpinning knowledge guidance and assessment
- NVQ portfolio guidance
- progress and feedback reviews

- Business and Administration NVQ Level 3
- Customer Service NVQ Level 3
