Who can apply?
Client group
- Young people between the ages of 16-24 who want to improve their career prospects and gain a Business & Administration or an ITQ Apprenticeship framework
- Candidates must be employed and undertaking administrative work at Level 2
Eligibility
- Competent at level 1 and can demonstrate the ability to progress to Level 2
When would I attend?
Duration
Attendance
- Minimum employment of 16 hours per week plus attendance at centre for training support and examinations as needed
What training could I receive?
Centre based training
- Key Skills in literacy and numeracy
- Vocational skills including IT
- Personal development including communication
- NVQ underpinning knowledge
- NVQ portfolio building
Work based training
- On the job training with employer
Assessment
- NVQ Assessor visits to the workplace for assessment of skills and guidance through Apprenticeship framework

- Business & Administration NVQ Level 2
- Associated Key Skills - Number Level 1 & Communication Level 2
- Administration Technical Certificate Level 2
ITQ Apprenticeship framework
- IT User NVQ Level 2
- Associated Key Skills - Number Level 1 & Communication Level 1
