- Free for employed young people between the ages of 16-24 who would like to gain Administration or Using IT NVQs and associated Key Skills

- Free for employed people aged 19+ who would like to gain a first Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration, Using IT or Customer Service
NVQ Workforce Development
- Subsidised NVQs in Business and Administration and Customer Service for people in employment
