Food

Kingston Adult Education offer three CIEH certificates; Hygiene Awareness at level 2, and Food Safety in Catering at levels 1 & 2. These certificates provide a recognised national standard in Food Hygiene.  Accredited and non-accredited courses are also available in nutrition, healthy eating and Cake Decorating.

Drink

Non-accredited wine appreciation courses and accredited WSET courses are offered at Kingston Adult Education.  Learners can choose from beginner to enthusiast and professional intermediate level.

Businesses

If you have upwards of 8 learners wishing to gain the award, both CIEH and WSET professional level courses can be offered on your own premises at times to suit you, providing cost effective and centralised training.
