At Kingston Adult Education we offer courses for learners of English as a Foreign Language at all levels from Beginners to Proficiency.  Our main courses run on two days a week for two hours each day (i.e. four hours per week).  You can study in the morning or evening.

In all these courses you will learn grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and have lots of opportunity to practise your English.  The cost of your course book is included in the fee for all levels.  At the end of the course, learners have the opportunity to take one of the University of Cambridge Examinations.  Exam fees are extra to course fees.

In addition, we also have a number of Special Interest courses and EFL Teacher Education courses.

You can come to our free Practice Classes every Tuesday from 7.15pm - 8.35pm.  These classes are taught by student teachers who are following the University of Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching (CELTA).  All classes are supervised by an approved Teacher Trainer.

Please note - enrolment is by interview and testing only
