Finding funding from charitable trusts, the Government and the Lottery
Below is a link to GRANTnet. This is a free online search tool that enables charities and community groups to quickly find relevant funding sources.
This search tool contains full details of over 4,000 Charitable Trusts that fund charities and other community groups as well as information on government and lottery grants schemes.
Kingston Voluntary Action (KVA) will also offer assistance to organisations in searching for external funding.
Grassroots Grants is run by the Thames Community Foundation and provides grants of up to £5,000 to help small local voluntary and community groups meet the needs of their local communities.
To be eligible, groups must have an annual turnover of less than £20,000 and must be more than a year old. Applications can be submitted at any time.
