Kingston's Shopmobility scheme is located on the 2nd level of Eden Walk car park. The fleet of vehicles includes manual and powered wheelchairs and motorised scooters, and the scheme is open seven days a week: Anyone with a permanent or temporary disability can register to use the service. A £2.50 hire fee is required when a vehicle is borrowed and is returned on the same day when the vehicle is returned in good condition.
